Hello, I’m Cornelia
I spent years in a male dominated industry where I needed to make sure I was visible but at the same time I wanted to be free to be myself. I always looked confident and self assured but like a swan gliding through the water, there was turmoil below the surface. This had an effect on my enjoyment of life as I was stressed all the time. There are many pictures of me on holiday with a mobile phone to my ear talking with the office because I didn’t dare to lose control.

How frequently do we meet?
We arrange this together once we have decided to work together. It depends, in part, on how quickly you want to make the changes you want to make. On average, my clients work with me 2 hours per month.
Can we meet in person?
Yes, absolutely!
My VIP programme is face to face in luxurious surroundings so you can focus without distractions. Usually this is for a half or full day but dependent on location, we can arrange regular coaching sessions this way.
Are there any hidden charges?
With me, what you see is what you get! So, each programme is all inclusive and my terms and conditions set out what is covered. If you want to add services, then we will discuss any additional charge.
Integrity and openness are key tenets of my life and business and I work with clients who operate in the same way.
What is your cancellation policy?
A 48 hour cancellation policy is in place so I can offer the appointment to someone else. I accept that sometimes there is no alternative but any appointment cancelled within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee
Are our sessions confidential?
Yes.
