I’m a leadership coach, mindset magician (minus the hat), and business strategist who’s passionate about helping people (and especially women) break through barriers and unleash their full potential. So whether you're here to shatter glass ceilings, build unshakable confidence, find your FIERCE or simply because you heard I give great advice, you’re exactly where you need to be.

With over 10 years of experience under my belt as a coach/mentor, I’ve worked with some of the brightest leaders, guiding them through the complexities of leadership in male-dominated industries, and helping them step over that infamous 'broken rung' on the ladder to success.

And I’m not just about talk, I’ve walked the walk too. After all, being responsible for a company with an annual turnover of US$250 million during my 20 year career in the steel industry doesn’t just happen by accident. (And trust me, there were no fairy godmothers involved, although I would have gladly worked with one!)

I started Craftport with one mission: to empower leaders, particularly women, to claim their space at the top without losing themselves along the way. If you’ve ever felt like an imposter in a boardroom full of 'Steves and Daves,' don’t worry, I’ve been there, and I’m here to tell you that you absolutely deserve your seat at the table (or better yet, at the head of it!).

Through my FIERCE Leaders programme, I work with individuals and teams to hone their leadership skills, develop a growth mindset, and create sustainable strategies while keeping things down-to-earth. No jargon, no fluff, just real, actionable advice that makes a difference.

And yes, I’m serious about our work together, but believe that a little humour can go a long way. Life’s too short to be miserable, right? So, while we’re busy helping you find your FIERCE, I’ll also make sure you’re enjoying the journey.

Work is important and I love it! I also enjoy the balance I never found in the steel industry.  Weekends are busy as I spend much of my time visiting ice rinks in the UK and occasionally further afield, as I manage a junior ice hockey team, and I also help to run a weekend language school.  I am also a Board Director and Company Secretary for England Ice Hockey, the governing body for ice hockey in England and Wales.
